Legal Adviser Jarosław Rudy advised Kvarko ASI sp. z o.o. fund on its investment in ALPHAMOON sp. z o.o.

Legal Adviser Jarosław Rudy, Managing Partner of the Law Firm Żyglicka i Wspólnicy, advised Kvarko ASI sp. z o.o. fund on its investment in ALPHAMOON sp. z o.o. which implements the R&D project.

The total value of funds raised by ALPHAMOON sp. z o.o. is PLN 1 million.

ALPHAMOON will develop the Tyro platform based on Artificial Intelligence (AI) algorithms. The platform will be used to manage the Natural Language Processing (NLP) models. It will provide the basis for defining and managing the automatic document processing systems and will be used in banking, insurance, debt collection, industry, public sector and retail.

The tool will constitute one of the solutions under the Robotic Process Automation (RPA). The main purpose of the platform is to extract, classify and process data sets coming from various types of documents, depending on customers’ needs and expectations. The platform will make it possible to automatically recognise the type/category of the document, extract key information, search for information in the text, assess the completeness of the document, etc. The system will be able to transform unstructured documents (e.g. financial statements, contracts, official documents) into structural data ready for use. Its main advantages include:

  • lower human labour costs,
  • shorter time required for manual verification of documents,
  • higher credibility of the analysis results,
  • lower implementation costs thanks to universal reusable components,
  • faster implementation time thanks to proprietary learning algorithm based on a small number of training examples.

According to GrandViewResearch, the artificial intelligence market will be worth USD 62.4 billion in 2020. It is estimated that it will increase to USD 733.7 billion in 2027, and the cumulative annual growth rate (CAGR) for 2020–2027 will be 42.2% YOY.
